A.A MASSIVE shout out to Kosh! Thank you so much man for getting me out of a long winded situation. I just purchased a Mazda BT-50, and it failed on a WOF from VTNZ next door. Tuffy Auto Centre was very busy, but he still found time help me out on the spot. Because of Kosh, I was able to head back to Auckland with no delay. Thank you so my my guy. Have a wonderful year ahead :) AAAA++++

L.The staff were really friendly, helpful and seemed upfront and honest about everything. Work was done quickly and they took it through the WOF as well which was super convenient. I liked the small charge for 'Environmental & recycling', shows they're aware of it.
T.All staff from the receptionist to the mechanics are super- nice people to deal with. Service is really fast and efficient & they keep you fully informed of where things are up to via text or phone calls. You are greeted with a smile on arrival & time is taken to listen and fully understand what the problem is. Repaired vehicles are returned to you with shining tyres - which is a nice touch. :) They are very short on space & have to cram their customers' vehicles in tightly, but they ensure that your vehicle is driven out and parked in an easy-to--get out spot upon collection. Really impressed and will most definitely be using these guys again.

C.This place has been good to me, my car has been in numerous time not there fault as I brought the car from a car yard and has been in the mechanic sooo many time. But happy, helpful front desk and have always got me a courtesy car. I've actually probably had all of the courtesy cars they own. Thank you Tuffys
K.Was excellent when I 1st came in then 2weeks later a fault arrised with my exsorst where the bracket holding the tail pipe had somehow broken an you guys charged me 30dlrs jst 4 a cple tac welds I felt this was very rude an not trying to hlp me seemed you guys were more 4 the money rather then keeping me happy
C.Had a coolant leak and incorrect rubber o rings, was a little worried wasnt able to communicate the issue, but omg they knew exactly what needed to be done I was like omg yusss, friendly team and stayed late to allow me to pick it up definitely gonna be my go too from now on
