K.My wife and I hired a Campervan which needed the cabin door latch fixing as it was munted. We called in out of the blue and a nice man called Ben Nikolaison got stuck into our door immediately. Within minutes the lock was in bits and a piece of the lock mechanism was snapped in half. I thought we were screwed .....however Ben initially went off to get the broken bit welded up then as it couldn't be welded proceeded to make a new part like the guy on TV mcgiver! We went off for lunch in Masterton and when we returned the door was fixed and we were on our way.
The manager Casey Morris was also very helpful and listened to all our campervan stories and seemed genuinely interested.

J.I've used Autofix for over a year now. I have an old Jaguar that is a demanding mistress, I've had some awful experiences with authorised dealers service shops and some expensive big city companies. Someone recommended I try Autofix. To my great relief, these are really good people to deal with, friendly, up front and they do what they say they will do. If they don't know - they tell you, and then go and find out the right answer. They also do their level best to get the car ready when they say they will. Their skills seem as good as their positive attitude. The cost compares favourably with others who have less skill. I'd recommend to anyone to give them a try, especially if you have a European motor.
B.We were traveling from Tauranga to Wellington and our brakes wore out, they were helpfull pleasant and sqeezed us in so we could have the car the same day great service amazing effort to make sure all went smoothly fantastic staff kept us updated with when the car would be ready, awesome.
