Well I returned a camping fridge.I had spoken to a person the day before and explained that it was a manufacturers fault. The warranty states as much.when I aproached the person at the counter. He looked at the fault and stated that it was indeed a manufacturers fault I would have to leave the Item until they contacted the supplier to see what they wete going to do swap or repair.If it has to be repaired I will return the fridge for a refund.As well as that they took my recipt the only proof that I have. I have had dealings with Repco before never had any problems.I thought they would just replace it like I was told by Repco Mosgiel on the phone the day before. I live in Kaitangata 40 minutes out of mosgiel are they going to courier it to me at their cost I have wasted time and fuel because I was told that they would swap it for one the had in store. Seems like the left hand dosnt know what the right is doing. Jason Sanders.

Nice store with helpful staff. Good stock levels and reasonable carpark. Staff will fit done parts for you like wipers by the look of it, unsure if they is a charge for this. Probably nicer than the Dunedin store.

Got everything you need for your car, plus it's open 7 days a week. The only auto parts store open in the weekend in Mosgiel area.

I went in for a set of spark plugs, being sent away with 4 plugs the wrong size. I realised the mistake after I arrived at my farm. Returning immediately, was given 4 more, (no apologies). Upon arrival at the farm, checking the plugs, again they were the wrong length, (I had brought in a sample with me!). Back for the 3rd time, still no apology, a nice young woman helped me this time, she got it right. If you visit the Mosgiel branch, make sure you are served by the young woman, she seems to know more than the fellas. As you can guess I'm not very happy with the lack of knowledge some of the staff have on basic motor parts.
