Good store, location is hard to get in and out of, but they are great to deal with from counter service to testing tech for warrant of fitness on my boat trailer. Helpful when asked questions and advice. Thanks heaps.

Came here to try and get a warrant for my mum's car, as Auto places nearer mum needed appointments and wanted two hours or more to complete a job that should be an hour at the most. Really impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff here. Wait time was 45 minutes which flew by when spent at a cafe 5-10 minutes walk away. I am even considering bringing my own car to have a warrant done. Definitely worth a try 😊👍

Seem very efficient and friendly. Very reliable and honest for WOF checks. I keep my last WOF sheet and place it my vehicle when doing my new WOF as the Manager owner said this is a good way for my team to remember your last WOF check and keep everything honest. I agree and it works very well. AA are professionals with a vast array of services like wof, servicing , repairs, batteries, tires, technical advice, online resources, breakdown service, pre purchase comprehensive report on a vehicle you wish to purchase, free magazines regularly with awesome stories if your a member, tips and a good read with new innovative motoring ideas - like green emissions etc, roadside assistance, motel & hotel accommodation, AA Traveller, Home & Living, Compass, Helping others, rental cars , free maps and technical support . It pays to be a member and stick with them as they will help you come hell or high water! I have been a member for 31 years and glad I have been! Quick service and you don't need to book in advance to get a WoF inspection. Update one year later: VTNZ in town had so many cars queued, AA Auto Centre had significantly less queued — on a Saturday. Quick and friendly service as usual and my go-to.

My car was left greasy and smelling of tomato sauce. The mechanic left half a pack of nuggets in my centre console. I was glad of these for the long journey home. I felt a bit let down because I really like bbq sauce and he hasn't saved any, the packet was empty. There were greasy hand smears on the window.

Hi Brian Walls here just recently had my Camper Van serviced reg no FRZ237 and had 2 new tyres put on it. I drove home and parked up until yesterday went to dive and noticed the wheel cap photo attached missing from the front left wheel which is one of the new tyres.
