Recently had a no faults scratch/dent put on the side of the car due to SUV door being opened. Bay Panel Beaters not only professionally repaired the damage but also provided a great customer service. They were flexible and followed up with telephone calls on arranging the car to be delivered, I had a tidy and clean courtesy car for the days my car was being repaired, the work was finished earlier that expected and when I picked up my car it had been beautifully valeted - both inside and out. It looked great. If unlucky enough to get any other damage on the car I would certainly use them again.

Backed into a steel post which wrecked my bumper and pushed up my boot lid. Took it for a quote and they managed to fit me in to have it fixed the next day, dropped me off at work and dropped my car back off. Looks better than it did before i crashed, they also touched up the paint and was a very, very reasonable price. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks again guys!

Excellent and prompt service of 1.5 days for bumper repair. Received a courtesy car for the duration. Karl assisted with Fulton Auto on dash sensors to be rebooted when a warning ⚠️ light came up - so found this also very helpful. Highly recommend to others for all Panel repairs. This was my 2nd time visiting here.
