Needed new wiper blades for my CoF and was served by Olivia. Asked me if I wanted them fitted, Yes, please. So, in pouring rain this young lady stood out there for almost 3/4's of an hour as they proved quite difficult to fit. Jay came out to help after a while and between them got it sorted. Poor people were soaked through and they apologized to ME for taking so long. Great customer service, thank you both. Deserve a pay rise!!

Easy parking , and disabled car parks right in front of the entrance (s) , fantastic ! Very helpful and knowledgeable staff . I joined the ' Club ' as discount benefits ( by way of credits ) , which was a bonus for me .Great array and choice of products and not just for car enthusiasts . Pricing competitive, I thought some items dearer than elsewhere ,and some cheaper , depends on what you want . 1will certainly shop here again and recommend it as a great place to shop and find what you need . Friendly helpful staff, eager to help. Clean tidy store with many options to choose product wise. Purchased oil and a few other items, when the oil lid leaked a bit of oil over my hand as I loaded up my goods into the car. Quick to grab me a clean wipe and replace the oil. Great customer service

I needed a paint colour for our car. Olivia directed us to the location, whilst having a look, Olivia came up to us and advised us that she could match any color of a car, and make the exact colour for us. All it took was Olivia to come to the car, look at a plate inside the door frame, note the colour code. Less than 10 minutes later our car colour was made. Thank you Olivia.

In a nutshell - I was the epitome of a pain in the a** customer, and they were fantastic! Purchased a battery online (simple cart system, great pick-up options) then proceeded to abandon my purchase for about a week (I did call to apologise). I went in to pick it up, the staff knew how to find the set-aside item and quickly retrieved it - purchase complete! ...Three days later I ran it dead flat by leaving my key on overnight like a genius. Phoned up to check whether a recharge service was offered, and was told that it was and that there is no fee either. When I took the battery in, the process was explained clearly to me and I was advised on when I should be able to come and collect the battery. I won't be bothering to go anywhere else for any of my automotive needs from now on - cheers team!

Super cheap is an amazing But.. I drove from Waihi to get a screen for my car, if I want a screen that was I consider a toy, I'm sorry I wouldn't have gone. They were helpful but I didnt go there. 5.99.00 would have stayed at home. Realistic. Great but not for me.

The young guys working here were awesome. I just needed a couple bulbs to pass my warrant. They helped remove the old to match them up and installed them into my car, battling with a massive spider web that had eggs and the largest spider in the world in it.. So glad they were there to do it for me... Yeeeck.. Back to VTNZ.. warrant done.. LEGENDS :-))
