We came from Auckland for a weekend trip. On the way to Napier loud banging metal noise was coming from the tires. Called the shop at 4:50pm on Friday and lovely lady told us they are closing for the day and that they are fully booked on Saturday. Explained our situation and she booked us in next day. When we came, AMAZING Geoff took our car, gave us replacement car and said to go and enjoy Art Deco Festival. After just a couple of hours he texted that our car is ready.

d.My vechile sustained severe left front suspension damage after it mounted a traffic island and took out a signpost.That happen a month after it had been taken illegally taken from outside my place several hundred kilometers from Napier. I went to Napier and had it towed to Auto Shop Onekawa. Explaining to Jeff the owner what happened and that i had no insurance he said he would price it with new and secondhand parts which took a little time as its a model thats not that common in N Z. He managed to source mainly secondhand parts at great prices and put it back together. It had always driven well and was a tight car prior to the accident. After being repaired new tyres and a wheel alignment it has never driven better. I thank Jeff and his workshop crew for a job well done also thanks to Robyn in the office who kept me updated throughout the whole process

C.Absolutely fabulous and would definitely recommend! The service was fast, frendly and knowledgeable. The campervan we rented clearly wasnt serviced and the breaks went - these guys fit us in first thing Saturday morning and had us back on the road within 2 hours. Thank you so much!
