Fantastic team to work with - professional and friendly and always remember who you are. Can always justify the total cost on the invoice and don't mind spending time with the more mechanically-minded customers going into detail on the repairs they've made. Wouldn't take my small fleet of cars anywhere else!

Had lots of problems with my car, Pit Stop team solved them all, explained professionally everything what was wrong, gave me estimated price, at the end paid much cheaper! Very happy with friendly staff, very quick and exceptional service, recommend 100%!

Wow finally service doesn't seem to an old fashion world anymore with these people I am very impressed took my Mercedes there for the full month and got exactly that and didn't RIP me off she's running like brand new wasnt cheap but didn't cost the earth either look you want good service and good mechanics look no further and no nobody paid me to say this I tell it as it is goog on ya rex go for gold

Great service. Didn't have the part needed but ordered it for the next day. Let me take the car home, dropped it in again next day and was fixed quickly so it could be picked up in the afternoon. Hassle free.

Drove to Napier from Auckland. ran into brake issues on my Ford territory. dropped into see Blair at pitstop and explained my issues. He was very knowledgeable. He had my brake caliper rebuilt and was back to auckland with no issues. I'm sure my car feels better now than when I first got it :) thank your Blair, thank you pitstop Napier.

I would like to thank Blair and his team for the excellent service I received today. I arrived in Napier late Friday afternoon and had noticed an issue with my brakes on the way down from Auckland. After crawling around under the car I noticed a bolt had worked its way out of the the caliper. I called Pitstop at 3:50 pm and spoke to Blair who told me to bring the car in. On arriving he diagnosed and fixed the problem and I was safely back on the road in 10 mins. I can't thank Blair enough because I had to return to Auckland on Monday and nothing else would have been open over the weekend. An example of excellent service I will be telling my friends and family about and I would recommend Napier Pitstop to anyone.

These guys are absolutely awesome is there the Honda Goldwing trike that had to have some modifications done on the exhaust it was no problem and you could tell they were Professionals thank you you guys are awesome
