G.Meh, the younger staff seem to talk way to fast, (and I'm not that old) and a bit cocky.
Remember guys, not everyone has been a customer in your store before so if you see us looking a little puzzled, step in and offer the help.
And one other thing, LISTEN to the words that the customer uses, dont assume we meant another word unless we say so.
Just take your time, speak slowly and stay calm
K.They're honest and Awesome guy's. Even when they're really busy, they always have time to talk to you. My first time there after been told by another business oh, we'll do it tomorrow, that does not exist, especially when you're warrent is over due. I would support them as they're a small business with trust worthy too have your car fixed properly.
A.Good range and prices (mostly) ... IF YOU KNOW WHAT YOU WANT AND WHERE TO FIND IT. Need staff assistance? ... sorry, wrong place.
Odd 'click and collect' service ... expected it to be like Supermarket where items not currently in stock arrive next day or two for pickup. Nah! Not on your local shelf? Tough. "I see your 'x' store has them, can you get them over?" Nah.
Hmm. Go elsewhere? Sounds good.

T.Excellent service even though the spark plugs I wanted were not in stock (they offered to order them in). Got some oil as well as a picture (on my phone) of the part number and details.
J.It was a quick visit just before closing but they were happy to let me in and get what I needed. Thanks super cheap

A.Very handy spot right by s petrol stop . Staff were very friendly and very helpful. I needed sheepskin car seat covers and the staff asked a couple of questions as ti the seat shape etc and told ne exactly the right size fir me vehicle they even got a pair down fir me as they were up high. Very good services as the car seats were on a special there wasn't alot left but I got my pair and left feeling really happy 😀

Staff member tested them first , to make sure it wasn't alternator etc.
Installed my batteries , hooked up alternative power supply to save radio settings etc.
Professional and friendly.

k.I went to Supercheap today to get some touch up paint for my car. I just wanted to comment on how helpful and friendly the young guy was who mixed the paint and also the young guy at the counter. I walked out thinking if they were my sons , I would be very proud of them . Very impressed with the service thanks
