Took the trailer for WOF midday during the week. Fast friendly professional staff reception and inspection bay were spotless clean.

Good service. Only gripe is that there was only 1 person doing all the paperwork. Line up of us waiting. Inspection crew were busy.

Took the car for a WOF and a service. The job took 2 hours. It was time well spent as the inspection and service was very thorough. There is a liquid dispenser in the waiting room. Nice hot Chocolate, best avoid the Long Black.

Lovely helpful ladies at reception, friendly professional technician doing the warrant; very careful and considerate handling of motorcycle: a great team.

Took my car into the AA for a WOF then the next day for a service check. The service i received was fantastic. Lorraine on the front desk was very knowledgeable and coordinated many people arriving with different car problems. Both of my services ran to timetable. A pending problem found during the service was discussed with me and i appreciated the feedback. I will definitely return and have no hesitation in recommending the AA for your motoring needs.

Drove to the AA building & they took my car straight away. Paid my $66 which, I think is far to much for a WOF & then the receptionist said there would be a slight wait. But Steve did the check & he is friendly & efficient & explained I passed but would need back brake pads in a month! Thank you Steve, job well done as usual💯 Highly recommend the AA to anyone✅

Good place to get a fast warrant on your motor vehicle, friendly service

The team at AA Nelson deserve more praise than I can put into words. The ladies at the front desk went above and beyond to help me out, organising a motel and dropping me off there. Organising a rental car to get me back home, dropping me off to pick up the rental. The mechanical team worked on my vehicle over the weekend to get me up and running again. I can't say enough, the Team is awesome.

Great service for the caravan WOF. Easy to drive in and out. Great coffee while waiting a short time to get it done. Nice fun lady behind the counter ❤️

Great customer service. Had a vehicle inspection. Mechanic found something wrong with brake mechanism ( based on grinding noise) and recommended brake rotor replacement. Service agent did this. Noise stopped and breekbrakes better.

Front staff very business like but not very friendly.

The staff here are very helpful. The services are laid out with prices, and the coffee is both free and pretty good. It's possibly a little harder to talk to the mechanic than usual because you go through the office, but when you do talk to them they're pretty good.

As AA members remembered to use the service...and pleased we did as they referred us to a local mobile mechanic who arrived promptly and dealt with our mechanical problem in a professional manner.

I come here every 6 months for my WOF. I feel I've always been able to trust AA as it's independent so they're not looking to recommend unnecessary repairs. It is a touch more expensive than other place ls but you pay for peace of mind and a quality check. Other perks include being able to turn up without a booking and free hot drinks.

the service arrived nearly the told time. We had the feeling, that the man know his job. He changed our battery fast . A nice, friendly man. We were very satisfied.

Passing through Nelson on our way down south and we had car problems. The team at this AA centre had impeccable customer service and truly went above and beyond the call of duty to get us back on the road. Arian was specifically standout in his ownership of the problem and giving us options on how to repair it while keeping it as low cost as possible. Also the ladies at reception were very proactive in their timely communication and friendly greeting. Would hands down recommend to anyone needing repairs.
