Kay and the Team went the extra mile on my car. Some issues were sorted and a new part was installed at the cost of the company, Under warranty of the work done. I could not ask for better. And i did not have too.. Many thanks. Drives so good now. Super good company. Happy to Recommend to any one..

Kaye and the team are amazing.We were quoted $1350 for a steering issue elsewhere. Kaye organised a courtesy car for us, and less than 2 days later the issue was fixed for $450 Super friendly, informative and fast, service from the team. Would thoroughly recommend this top service.

Great service. There was a drip on the drive after my transmission service, and they checked for leaks free of charge and determined it was just a bit of excess caught up in the plastic guard, and gave it a clean

Can't speak highly enough of this company .. rainy day, broken down truck while visiting Nelson. I was offered a loan vehicle while they diagnosed what was wrong. Unfortunately there was a lot wrong, but these guys made the process very easy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

Kay and the team at Auto Transmission Specialists were awesome. From the moment we called them when our vehicle first had issues to when we picked up our van, they were always understanding and did whatever they could to be flexible with Kay being great at keeping us in the know. She booked us in quick and liaised with the recovery vehicle, engaged with our previous mechanic to smooth over any warranty issues from previous repairs, supported us when the key to our courtesy car snapped to get us up and running again fast, and never let us feel like we were being a burden. An absolute star.

I couldn't recommend this place any more highly! My car was fixed the same day as receiving the new part. Staff are so friendly, they laid out all the costs for me, picked me up, dropped me off! There was no hidden costs in getting my car fixed, they also called me within a few hours after I dropped my car in to tell me what the issue is, I even got a call to tell me that she couldn't email me the costs because her computer crashed! So I wasn't sitting there having to call again. Special thanks to Kaye, she's a legend!

Took my car in for auto transmission service I highly recommend these guys, very fast and totally professional.

Had problems with my transfer case they gave me a price to repair and a time frame for repair to be completed . Everything they said happened on time and my bill came under what they quoted. Great communication and service.

Great service. Called Tuesday, booked in Wednesday, all done in 40 minutes. Found cause of 4WD dash light coming on, a "problem" that confounded my usual garage. Super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Automatic Transmission Specialists did major overhaul of the automatic transmission a few months back on a vehicle we have just bought. The van runs really well now with smooth automatic changes through the gears. They were happy to explain to us what work they had done and how to keep transmission in tip top condition. Would happily recommend based on our experience!

Im in the trade but based in Auckland, we had a suspected trans issue while touring in the Nelson lakes area. We got the vehicle towed in, Kay and the team diagnosed the clutch and gearbox appeared ok, they did diagnose an issue with the turbo pipe.....sourced the parts, fitted, tested ok....very impressed with the service and charge....highly recommend! Thanks heaps guys!!

Dave did an excellent job giving my commodore a trans flush and also replacing bushes and seals. Heaps of knowledge about it all. Definitely knew what he was doing and will definitely be going back again. Thanks heaps.

Amazing, Efficient, Friendly service and reasonably priced!! Cant fault their service at all!! Diagnosed problem, Kept me informed as to when parts would be arriving , how long it would take to fix and were absolutely spot on!! Couldn't be happier.
