A.I have worked with Chris a lot. He is a really decent guy to deal with. If he cant make the quoted price for the work then he will communicate this to you in a timely manner and work on a plan to get the best outcome. The real test of a shop is what happens when a job goes wrong and it is human nature that things will go wrong from time to time. No matter what has happened Chris has always resolved everything to my complete satisfaction.
