Went in for windscreen wiper replacements. The lady who served me went and got mine (in the rain), sorted out what size I needed. Replaced one. Ordered the other, rang to say it had arrived next day and fitted it when I returned. Fantastic service from a cheerful, friendly and knowledgeable staff member. All at a good price. Will definitely return.

Almost everything you could ever need and want, less common products like specific car parts (seals, clutches, axels, ect) are not stocked, instead they are shipped in by order. Best prices around. Awesome staff, very knowledgeable people and well trained. I have always had a MUCH better experience here than at the Nelson branch purely because of the awesome staff at the stoke branch. 10/10, SCA is better than repco hehe😋

For starters parking is nice and easy. Store is well stocked and staff are very helpful and friendly. They ask what you are using the product for and offer advice and alternatives that will work better. All the while with a smile.

I needed new windscreen wiper blades for a Skoda, not a common vehicle in these parts. The shop assistant asked how he could help, went out with tape measure and we looked at options, made a recommendation of the slightly cheaper equipment and then fitted them for me. Very professional and courteous. And done in quick time too. I'm very impressed. And it's great to be able to see clearly now when I'm driving.
