Very impressed with the service provided by AA. The receptionist was very welcoming and explained what would happen (I had never taken a car for a service before). I received a call from the mechanic to say I needed a wiper and pollen filter and he asked if I wanted those done, which I was pleased with. Very happy customer.

WOF done as well and replaced front light and back brake bulbs, 4 new tyres and a new battery and she was good to go. Jayne and Kimberly were tops, friendly, knew their products and good advice - brilliant all round. AA Membership worth every cent. Highly recommended if you are looking for friendly staff, an honest opinion and transparency of costs.

Highly recommended. I started using Darren and the team at AA Auto Centre when I moved to NP almost 3 years ago and they have always exceeded my expectations. Great service, excellent communication and they have gone above and beyond on more than one occasion to accommodate my needs.

Got oil changed here and was quite upset by the customer service. I asked for cleaning the engine from inside (flushing), the lady at the counter didn't even let me finish and said it's degreasing although I tried to explain what we want. Instead of flushing the engine and cleaning the dirt from the oil we ended up paying around 20 bucks for someone just wiping the engine bay and that wasn't even done properly (still oily everywhere). Better talk to the mechanics directly if you need something off the menu.

I’ve only used the AA Auto Centre NP a couple of times. Once for a new tow bar and the other for new front brake pads. On both occasions they were quite good, with the car returned in a clean and tidy condition. I did however, found them to be a tad on the expensive side, but I guess you pay for what you get. I would use them again.

Lady in reception was nice but I was booked for 11:30 and I am still waiting at 11:45 when I have places to be. Also the man next door from the tyres shop was rude pointing me in the direction to park.

Having had less than acceptable dealings with the AA on previous occasions I had low expectations, but when called on to carry out a minor headlight repair to allow us to keep traveling they went above and beyond to help.
