Excellent service. We were recommended from our dealer in Hamilton. Rich and his team are really great to deal with. Having been in business for years ourselves it is great to recognize a Profesional business with the personal touch. All our cars will be serviced at HDR from now on

Had a few issues with my car and mice chewing electrical wires. HDR sorted the problem and did it quickly and with no hassle. Everyone was real good to deal with, the communication was great. Happy as to deal with them again in future.

Absolutely fantastic and easy mannered service! Have always dealt with HDR and would not go to anyone else. Had a tricky check engine light fault that kept coming up and caused my ute to lose power. The team at HDR promptly sourced the part required and fitted it. No problems since! Thanks guys

I have a VW transporter. I have had multiple marginal experiences with the local VW dealer. My engine warning light came on. HDR explained what possible problems and outcome could be. They managed expectations well before they took on the vehicle. They did a diagnostics check and ordered parts and took the vehicle in again after parts arrived. They printed a report of the vehicle computer to show problem resolved. The problem has been fixed. All for under nzd250. Outstanding job! In my experience the service , duration and cost for an identical problem at the dealer would have been less satisfactory. Great job all. I will come back for return business!

Had my car serviced and petrol pump replaced under recall. Great service.

Have used HDR for a number of years, Great team, extremely professional, well connected in the industry and have the latest technology available to them, so don't think there is a problem they would not be able to fix.

I took my Land Rover Discovery 3 to these guys with a whole host of problems. They diagnosed it all for me, let me supply the parts to keep costs down and then fitted the required parts. Great service, I will definitely be going back!

Awesome service from these guys, always quick and onto it with problems on European cars! Figured it out in 24 hours when it had been at a previous mechanic for a month!

Richard and his team have gone above and beyond for me on a number of occasions. Their knowledge and technology available to them is 2nd to none. The workshop is also immaculate which is always a good sign and if people are prepared to bring their Supercars worth $$$ to him I'm pretty sure most of us are in safe hands.

A wonderful bunch of guys. Came to our aid not once, not twice but three times! Twice for parts and then collected us from the side of a busy road. No problem to difficult and done with a smile. Huge Thank you to Richard and team. Recommend to anyone in and around New Plymouth.

Just visited New Plymouth for a couple of days. I must say I can't find any better service like this in Auckland. Friendly staff and "extremely affordable service" compared to others. You have exceeded my expectations. And by the way, thank you for the curtesy car wash. 10/10 (Y) the best
