I bought my first car in NZ last year and my WOF was coming up. I am very much mechanically challenged when it comes to anything machine related and I was nervous to walk into any shop. The service, professionalism and friendliness was off the charts for these guys. It was such a pleasant experience. The communication was on point and done with a smile. The best service I've ever experienced! Really friendly and professional, they went above and beyond in everything they did. I booked in for a service but the car needed other work. I received a quote very quickly - price was really reasonable. They also advised the expected time it was now going to take. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call well before the expected time advising that the car was ready. On pick up, all the work completed was explained clearly and I was delighted to see that my car had also been cleaned. The car is now running really well. Clearly, they've done the work to an excellent standard. I will definitely be going back and highly recommend this business.

I have been coming to Metro Auto service for years, and have always found the team there excellent. My family have 4 cars, the latest being my daughters and I had the guys at Metro do the mechanical pre purchase inspection. I trust their judgement and experience to ensure my daughter bought a safe car. The inspection showed a few things that needed attending to and Metro sorted those out at a reasonable price. I recommend the crew at metro as being professional and delivering a quality service.

Minty has been thoroughly serviced and maintained through Metro Auto Services since late 2016 having been disappointed by others in terms of quality and financially I found far too expensive. Not ALL mechanics are the same in ANY business is my opinion.🤔 However, I have found great consistency with maintenance, (fixing my loud brakes)👀WOF standard of work on my humble Minty with Metro Auto Services at all times since.😁

These guys are Very Friendly folks! They know what they are talking about and iv never been Ripped off by them. You never know with mechanics, but these guys you can trust. I took my car in the other day for a quick fix and they didnt even charge me. And there prices for loyal customers are very very cheap. Cheers guys, keep up the good work. Will be back again for sure.
