Simon and his team are brilliant at automotive design. if your car gets cranky, get it to Simon. Always up front, honest, affordable and good service. Customer service great. Also good links around the city in case there is something wrong that he can't handle and he sorts this out for you. Definitely the first stop I would make!

Just had a car service for WOF and able to finish it in less than 30 minutes. He also advised me to do the change oil w/c I agreed since I will be travelling for the next few months for work. He asked me stay or used their car as a courtesy if I need to do something while waiting. As a courtesy, I thought it is a free of charge so I used it and just go home and back for an 1hr and 15mins. He showed me the invoice and charged me for the courtesy car w/c he didn't mentioned that there will be charge for it for $8.++ dollars. It is not big and I advised him that he didn't mentioned that before I took the car. Still, I just want to thank him for the job he's done but feelings wise, I believe there's something different on it. I'm still happy as a client since he remove that 8 dollars. P.S. It is a lesson learned from me I guess that I should ask coz it is first to be there in the shop. But, it is also the owner/shop's responsibility to give a disclaimer that there will be a charge for it. Thank you and I'm still looking forward to build relationship with their team and get their services.
