G.Oil change for under $100 in less than 10 minutes with fluids and air filter checked.
No unnecessary upselling.
Its my first time to this branch but Ive used them many times.One time they recommended a $30 air filter and showed me the old one.Another time I asked about changing the engine coolant and they tested it and said it was unnecessary.
I have come to trust their advice.
L.Extremely quick service by these helpful professionals in service. Reasonable prices and great customer service. They have a quiet waiting area too. They don't do any mechanics work.
l.No appointment. A crew of 5 professionally went into their respective working position & started work as soon as customer consent on oil type and price. Customer decides if they wanna change dirty air filter. Customer permission is always seemed before any job is performed. It took 8 minutes to complete and finished oil change and performed various inspections. Polite, efficient and professional service. Good choice for an oil change.

T.Confusing place to be in. They say one local customer that engine flush is not beneficial for diesel engine but they didn't say anything like that to my diesel ute. They advised me that lower Hutt branch possibly underfilled the engine, judging by pc records. Once I get back to my home I cheched everything and find they underfilled the engine too. By full 1 litre of oil. What kind of service is that?

J.Very convenient to just be able to drop in and get an oil change as you go. Friendly and honest team. Would have rated higher but they don't stock oil filters for my Ford Fiesta - so I need to buy the filter at an auto parts store and take it with me..bit of a pain considering there are so many Fiestas in NZ.

A.Drive-thru experience. Just drive your car down to the back entrance, off your engine, take out your keys and hand em over to the oil changers guys. They will do the rest. For those who said they wait for so long inside the shop without anyone attending them, i guess you probably just parked your car on the roadside and go inside the office? Probably the OC guys thought u are waiting for your car for service. Thats what i did the 1st time, then i only found out you need to drive your car thru the back entrance. They do their job based on the car lining up to the garage, not who is inside the office.
