Pulse are friendly, knowledgable and very reliable. They listen to my needs, diagnose the problem with the car and communicate clearly some options. They then give an exact quote which they always stick to and deliver the car in great order on time. I use them for all of our families vehicles

Mat is an easy going, trustworthy mechanic that I have been using for over 4 years now. Does not upsell, just does the job and is always done fast. Highly recommend!

I had a over heating problem and seen matt to get a pressure test and see if at all was a head gasket wear or blowen head even. Matt found out he couldn't do a pressure test for there was a bend in my radiator causing the pressure to not build up. Sent me to Radiator guy down cook street. Recommend Pulse. Matt and his staff are very professional, approachable and will find the problem..guaranteed

I used to choose Pulse for every issue my car had in the past. Matt is always doing amazing works. However, the recent experience with other staff was not very good. I sent my car for WOF, the guy said it would take 45mins to finish but I actually waited for 2 hrs. That’s a bit too long for WOF but not too bad, however, he failed my WOF with light clamp missing. I asked him if he can fix it and he said he will find a matched one for me and let me know soon. However, I’ve waited for a week but still haven’t heard anything from him. This is very inconvenient as I can’t really use my car too much with failed WOF for the whole week! Guess I’ll just find another one if Matt is unavailable next time.

Amazing crew, super friendly and helpful. WOF was done within the hour 👌🏻 I have been going to them for a few years now and will continue! Highly recommend.

Matt and his team serviced my Range Rover and couldn't fault the impeccable thought and care given, friendly staff and fast work. Having been recommended to use Pulse as first time with a Europe car I was a little anxious of someone taking care of it/taking me for a ride cost & parts wise but could not have been happier with the price and value of the service to my evoque. Hi there , Firstly i was referred to use Pulse Automotive by my brother. We both are in Auckland and a friend of his had a exceptional experience and service from the team at Pulse Automotive. I had recently purchased a vehicle in Palmerston North and was in desperate need of a pre-inspection report but no one could assist. Having been referred I was politely dealt with awesome customer services from Kathy ( not sure if the spelling is correct). She basically spoke to the team and explained my predicament (borders closed hence i could not view the car , being a sweet deal meant I didn't want to miss it) . I called on a wednesday and the team was able to to the inspection on the friday of the same week. Back and Forth Kathy kept me well informed of what was happening, which i thought was excellent. I was amazed with the report. Very thorough and detailed . Photo's and video clips was supplied as well. Its the first time i have received a report with videos. I must thank the team at Pulse Automotive for an excellent report, you have helped me to secure an awesome deal. Yes i have bought the vehicle. I highly recommend anyone to use Pulse Automotive for their services. Merry Xmas and a Happy New year team. Take care and stay safe

What a GREAT service!!! I went to 3 other garages who refused to check my car as they were very busy on a Saturday afternoon.Had a sensor fault light pop up but Pulse Automotive made time on my car to provide a full diagnostics check. Unfortunately, they didn't have the part to fix it, but was given the full engine check (at no charge) ensuring that I can continue the journey to Auckland without any major trouble. Thank you Mat and team.. I highly recommended Pulse Automotive 10/10!

I've been going to Pulse Automotive for several years. They've always been professional and helpful with the cars I've had in that time. Often going above and beyond to find the right parts for the best price. Also, they're very helpful with times when it comes to my shift work, which is much appreciated.

I happily recommend Pulse Automotive to friends and family. I have been kept informed about any required repairs and the costs involved, before the work was done, so that there were no unexpected items on the final bill. The team are friendly and professional.

This is the second time I have used Pulse Automotive. They seem an busy business that do the job well. I drop the car off in the morning and pick up late afternoon the same day. There is a premium on car parking and it appears there may be cars in storage waiting for repairs. The welcome is cordial when reporting to reception, it could be more engaging. I have had a minor repair that I was hoping to get carried out on when the vehicle was in for its first service but due to time constraints it was not effected.On the second visit/service I was hoping for more progress. I have now had an email with the cost for the repair following the second visit, hopefully it will be done on the next visit.

My good friend recommended this garage to me. Staffs are very nice and responsible. They repaired my vehicle’s rear diff bush and the cost is relatively lower. I’m very satisfied to my recent experience and I would definitely come back again.

It was my first visit to Pulse. The men I dealt with did the job quickly. I'll definitely go back.

Thoroughly recommend. They solved a problem on our imported car cheaper and more efficiently that other mechanics I got quotes from. When the repair didn't go quite to plan (not the mechanics fault, but a faulty part from somewhere else) they fixed it promptly and with no fuss. They will be doing all our car servicing and repairs in the future.

Gathered the information I needed asap. Booked me in on the spot and got the job done short and sharp. What more can you ask for in a local shop.
