O.Every time I've been here the shelves are stocked neatly and the aisles are labelled clearly. The store is always clean, and their staff are attentive and knowledgeable (which is good if you're like me and don't know much about cars). They also have a great selection of air fresheners and bumper stickers.
k.Great; friendly and lovely staff. Had what we wanted and no hassles. Fast and quick. Clean place and easy parking for wheelchair and walkers.
G.I went into the store to get a set of car seat covers, cause the other set I had bought was the wrong way round for the back seat. This set was the correct batch. Very helpful staff to answer any questions or queries you might have.

d.I have just visited Supercheap Auto in Palmerston North (July 1st).
The windscreen wipers on my Toyota Yaris needed replacing.
A young lady served me, she asked to see my car, inspected my wipers, she asked if I wanted the new wipers fitted for a small surcharge.
I wandered around the store while she replaced my wipers. In next to no time she had replaced my wipers.
I paid the account, the lady then accompanied me to my car while I tested the wipers - perfect !
It was both prompt and professional - a good job was done ....

F.Spotted a good offer on the Supercheap email so used click and collect to get some Maguires glass polish and microfiber cloths. Painless shopping.
When I went to collect I also scoured the shelves for chain cleaning products for my motorcycle. Got good advice from the staff and picked up the Penrite chain lubes and chain cleaning kit with chain cleaning brush.

Well priced and stocked items, set out so even if you don't know what you're doing you can still find what you want. For example with the bulbs, you can put in the information for your car and the bulb you and and the tablet will tell you which one you need.

B.Really enjoyed my visit to the shop. Had exactly what I was looking for and it was easy to find you to the awesomely large signs that they have. The staff of real helpful because I don't really know details of what I was looking for but they definitely help me out to find what I needed. Perks of this place is if you buy something you take it out to your car plug it in who doesn't work that let you come back in and refund it straight away.

G.Popular. Better price than the alternative. If I didn't mind waiting five minutes, They offered to install my car battery, and then recycled the old one. While I was there they also helped someone with windscreen wipers.

l.Very helpful elderly staff who helped carefully dismantle my car remote to identify the type of replacement battery. We discovered they do not carry the smaller cell battery. Overall very happy with elderly customer service staff who lives by the Jetstar motto of "can do, will do"
