We recently bought a Traxer 6.6 roof box, and used it for the first time on an Easter road trip. It was fantastic to use. We often carry bikes on the back, so it was great being able to grab essential stuff straight outta the roof box instead of having to fish around for stuff from the back seat. Heaven forbid having to take the bikes off then put them back on again!! Jeff was such a nice guy. He had the whole thing unpacked and installed on our Legacy wagon within an hour. Nothing was a fuss for him, including my two boys wanting to take cardboard packaging home in the roof box for it's baptism of fire :) Loving your great work Jeff, so thanks very much. I thoroughly recommend The Roofbox Company, their products and their great workmanship.

Dealing with Jeff at The Roofbox Company was a breeze. I had looked around the market at the usual auto parts retailers. The prices seemed similar (some way higher), but most places lacked the knowledge of what kits goes with which box etc etc etc. After a quick chat with Jeff, he had sorted what we needed based on car and what we were using the roof box for. Then 2 days later, we popped in to pick up the parts and he even installed them for us. Highly recommend using The Roofbox Company if you are wanting roof racks / boxes etc...

Great advice and great service. I needed a roof rack for my Kayak and have an import SUV, Jeff looked into what was needed. I found out later he was dead on with great service but also over $100 cheaper for the same item here in Christchurch.

Great advice from Jeff and very reasonably priced. Jeff sent instructions separately which I found better than the ones in the box but even then it was quite straight forward to get the rails onto my Mazda CX-9. All solid and carrying loads quite nicely!

The service is amazing, no overselling but trying to match the right product to what we actually needed. Paid and fitted on a short time, and Jeff is a helluva nice bloke as well. Jeff was trying to finish up before new years, but kept the shop open to sort me out. Ended up buying another box for my brothers car as well! Will be back...!
