K.A really professional experience and service from start to finish. Having them deal with my claim, to the loan car and finished product for my bumper repair (whole new bumper). Sheridan is brilliant to deal with and made everything so easy. I was impressed to the moment I jumped back in the car and they had even given it a groom. Very impressed!

A.Wonderful & absolutely amazing people to deal with. Steph always goes out of her way to help us get our car in and I can't explain in words how absolutely amazing and perfect their workmanship and attention to detail is. For someone who is pedantic about their car, I can quiet confidently say that Porirua Autocrash are the best panel repair shop in the nation, hands down without a doubt, great workmanship and amazing customer service. What more could you ask for?
T.I chose Porirua Auto Crash as it is one of the bigger shops in Porirua and as such I thought it must be one of the better shops too. Disappointed with the colour match. I am not an auto painter but can easily see where they "blended" into the old paintwork. In full sunlight it looks awful and my eye is drawn to it all the time now. 😣
Another small annoyance was the park light clips broken on disassembly/ reassembly which I had to silicone in to get a flush fit.
Also disappointed my car came back with more marks on it than when it went in. I thought the idea was they send your car back in better shape 🤣 Would like to see more care taken.
Next time I'll try another shop. I get the impression these guys are more focused on through-put than quality..
