Craig and the team are awesome, very reliable and friendly. Booked over a month in advance which the office had no worries with. Thank goodness for the text reminder else I would've forgotten! Very trustworthy local business feel which is a must when taking care of your car

Found the staff and service to be very good. They are very much aware of thinking outside the square to keep cost to a minimum without compromising work quality.

Exceptional. I got two front tyres and a wheel alignment. I’m really particular about any machine I own, especially my car… my baby. I wanted to be extra sure of the ability and experience of the dude who’d be doing the work, so I grilled and tested him as best I could before trusting him to take a wrench to my waka. I got the vibe that I was taking his valuable time, asking silly questions, but I never ever got the impression that he was less than willing to play my game. He treated me with respect and understanding, the definition of professionalism, even making me genuinely feel like mine were good questions that he wanted to take the time to answer. Of coarse, I know he’s real busy and probably gets all sorts of customers who think their cars are the most important thing he’ll do all month, but he honestly made me feel like he took my concerns as seriously as I did. When he was done, he took the time to come and tell me about the condition of my suspension and so forth, as I asked him to, and to shake my hand. The car tracks perfectly, the tyres and alignment were among the best deal I could find anywhere, and I’d trust North City Motors again. What really sets them apart though is that customer service, making me feel highly confident in trusting them with my life on the road.

These guys did an outstanding job at really short notice. I called on Thursday afternoon with an urgent request, they had my car in and out by 3pm Friday, job done ready for the long weekend! Great service at a good price. Great people to deal with too!

Yeah I meant to North City Motors see about my battery was playing up in my car if I could I said to me all you need a new battery but he told me the truth that the wiser playing up so yeah great service you can rely on honesty this is a big thing these days so yeah come along

My friend suggested this place when I first moved to Wellington and I've never gone anywhere else. The owner is really nice, trustworthy and their prices are really good!
