Exceptional. I got two front tyres and a wheel alignment. I’m really particular about any machine I own, especially my car… my baby. I wanted to be extra sure of the ability and experience of the dude who’d be doing the work, so I grilled and tested him as best I could before trusting him to take a wrench to my waka. I got the vibe that I was taking his valuable time, asking silly questions, but I never ever got the impression that he was less than willing to play my game. He treated me with respect and understanding, the definition of professionalism, even making me genuinely feel like mine were good questions that he wanted to take the time to answer. Of coarse, I know he’s real busy and probably gets all sorts of customers who think their cars are the most important thing he’ll do all month, but he honestly made me feel like he took my concerns as seriously as I did. When he was done, he took the time to come and tell me about the condition of my suspension and so forth, as I asked him to, and to shake my hand. The car tracks perfectly, the tyres and alignment were among the best deal I could find anywhere, and I’d trust North City Motors again. What really sets them apart though is that customer service, making me feel highly confident in trusting them with my life on the road.
