G.Went here today for the first time for a warrant of fitness. Had a small fail that Andy rectified on the spot, but I wasn't happy with not being asked for permission before hand. He called me after I had collected the car to explain what the repair was and why he carried it out in hindsight the customer was wrong. Thoroughly professional service.
C.Our vehicle was towed after breaking down - Andy was brilliant, provided lots of advice on repair (Which was major and terminal). Although he never repaired anything his customer focus was excellent!
N.Plimmerton Auto Services are fantastic. The team looked after us incredibly well after we had car troubles. Such a friendly, personable crew working out of a spotlessly clean workshop. Wonderful problem solving attitudes and a really professionally run business. We will definitely be bringing our cars to see Andy and the team from now on!
