We were served by Naea today, she was beyond exceptional.She was educational and helpful, and went well and truly beyond expectations.

120% service. Spent $4, and I'm pretty sure I took more than $4 of their time in finding and fitting the part.

Didn't have as much selection as they normally do in the accessories area. I suspect that is likely due to shipment delays.

Awkward when I walked in and the staff were standing around talking then boom all eyes on you, other than that fast service 😂👍🏾

Normally good service, please ask older staff technical questions as I have been sold incorrect items for my vehicle (wrong car and part) but they did correct the issue no problem when I returned the item.

Staff stay behind counter and don't offer any help to find anything. Then items on special were charged at full price I had to show them the discounted price in their currrnt brochure.

I'd encourage anyone visiting to read the thief posts on the door. I haven't laughed that much in a while, whoever writes those is a legend. Good service and really easy to find things.

Dealt with a faulty item issue very professionally and without fuss at all. No issue with a straight swap. Great service, especially by Roxanne who was very helpful and friendly!

It's Repco. Reliable, dependable, but no imperial tools for older vehicles. Apart from that the team are good and friendly and are willing to lend good advice.
