m.Serviced my audi on the 7th, great customer service and felt very welcome. gave me a few heads up on what might need replacing in the future, and let me know to keep an eye on the coolant, it was reassuring to know they had a thorough look. and even fitted in a wof on the same day. great work guys! B.Booking the job was an easy visit with good follow up and text reminder. Dropped car off when planned and collected on time. Four new break pads and gear installed. Had an adjustment hiccup on the park brake that the AA team took care off as soon as I brought the car back into the shop. Friendly service. Will use the team again. Thanks AA Pukekohe.
R.Had some troubles with miss comunications but resolution process has left us satisfied.
Sometimes we can't help stuff ups along the way. 4stars purely for the way the issue got delt with in the end- mainly the guy we were dealing with- he had a great attitude and explained things fully. It's tough dealing with disgruntled customers but he braved it super well, so thank you for that.
*note* I have not had any work done here. . . . Yet. 🤞
