I use to take my Honda Crv there. They were friendly and caring then and now. I have a new car and took it in yesterday and their still very kind, caring and professional about their job. The price is reasonable. I'm keeping this place as my go to everytime from now on. Keep up the great work 😍 you are all amazing workers.

What and incredibly easy hassle free service!! I rang up and got booked in for a couple of days at 9 am, they asked me when I needed my car and I said in 2 hours, they didn't hesitate to do my service first in order for it to be completed by the agreed time. Trustworthy people, will do my service here from now on

Excellent mechanical and customer service as usual. Outstanding is the word that comes to mind .. this is the #1 garage in Pukekohe. Great staff ... friendly and always helpful ... Dec, 2021. (2020) ...Suffered an automatic gearbox transmission fluid catastrophic leak - had to have the SUV towed into Crosbie's. I had no expectations as to when they could get around to looking at it - as it was such an unplanned "arrival" . But they loaned me a car immediately, and had the problem fixed and fully resolved next day. Absolutely amazing. These people are so good/so efficient that I wonder why anyone bothers going anywhere else for their servicing/problem-solving/emergency need. Fantastic job and company!

Kindness and compassion. Having a working car is important to me as my children have disabilities and need to attend appointments. When I turned up in the morning with my failed warrant in my hand, the kind staff said they would try and get it done. I was so happy at the end of the day when it was done and the cost was so reasonable. I will be booking my car in for a service at some stage, I was that impressed

Amazing customer service! We were visitors to Pukekohe and they welcomed us on the spot, diagnosed the issue with our engine and fixed it straight away knowing we were on our way to a funeral. We are very thankful and appreciative of their assistance and service. Would highly recommend!!

Aaron was honest and efficient with all the work he completed. My invoice was 1/3 of what I was quoted by a larger service centre in Pukekohe. He was able to fix my Ford Territory in a shorter time frame than the other larger service centre who supposedly specialises in Ford parts and service. It was a huge job. I would 100% recommend your business to anyone!

Took my 2K Cup car in for a free flowing exhaust. The final price was pretty much bang on the quote over the phone which was very reasonable, the quality of the new pipe and the welds are excellent and it was done much faster than expected. I couldn't be happier. Thanks

I had the front brakes well overdue to be replaced and was given the option to choose to have the discs skimmed or not. I certainly appreciate being given the choice straight off the batt. I opted for them to be skimmed as the extra price was reasonable. As I travel to work early in the morning I was able to make arrangements to leave my SUV the night before. I received a phone call later that day and the mechanic informed me that the discs were too thin to be skimmed and gave me the choice of having the discs replaced or just replacing the pads this time. Being that I didn’t have a lot of money at the time I chose not to replace the discs. It’s nice to be informed of potential costs for extra work required and given the choice, instead of mechanics doing the work without consultation and slapping the extra cost on the bill at the end. The price of the overall pad replacement was good....communication was excellent.... ...Good enough that I took my SUV back there to have the timing belt and water pump replaced when it was due. The mechanics also replaced the alternator belt during the work and the total cost was under the original quote. Quite possibly the best mechanics in Pukekohe....would be well worth extra travel if I wasn’t local, for more of the same quality service.

We have been there to get our backpacker van fixed for a new WoF. They offered us an appointment the same day. We didn't have time but we came back the day after. For the first time we had the feeling that the mechanic was honest to us. We could understand everything what he explained to us. They are really friendly and nice people working there. I would highly recommend this place, the price was totally fine.

Called Thursday afternoon about bringing our car in for a service, got it in Friday morning, a couple of extra issues were found which had us in a panic, as we planned on driving back to Christchurch in a couple of days. The team there were very friendly and professional, and even though they had to order parts in for us, they got the job done and we drove out of there Monday afternoon with a very much improved vehicle. Very friendly and professional service, job took alot longer then expected from a part that was ordered which wasn't right, but got discounted off final bill (-$170) to keep it within $10 of what i was quoted. Price's seem reasonable also. Also the text reminders are very convenient.

So they didn’t make fun of me driving around with the dirtiest ever, air filter. I told them the transmission is stuffed, Ended up being a simple fix. Naughty car owner, may or may not have learnt a lesson. But I know where to go next time. Lovely friendly staff.
