I received excellent service. I didn't get pushed around or words thrown all over the place. The price was direct and I understood exactly what they were doing, all I did was ask. Car Service, WOF and Check Engine Light all done within a day or two, with documents such as invoice for the proof of work. They are exceptionally accommodating and I appreciate what they have done. Was able to fit my car in at very short notice the day I phoned! They were able to diagnose my engine light fault and resolve the issue also on the same day while I waited. Very accommodating professional and friendly they offer Afterpay Zip Geneopay and are winz registered. Give them a try I’m glad I did. 05/03/2025. Arrived just before 8am for a wof check and Lall saw me straight away and did the wof while I waited. Yet again super professional service and very friendly. Lall always explains exactly what’s needed and gets a good price for parts. Will continue to use Franklin Motors Thank you Lall and Team

Had a problem with my brakes that needed to be resolved urgently. I used the online booking form outside of business hours on Wednesday night hoping to get it booked in for Friday. They responded immediately and I was able to get it in first thing the next day. I had to have the car back late afternoon to pick up my son from daycare and they had it finished even earlier than I needed it. Price was fair, the work excellent and everyone that I dealt with was friendly and helpful. Such a good experience that I booked my car in for a service next week. Highly recommended.

Got a WOF today and its really good that you can actually book for an appointment unlike VTNZ where timings a bit iffy. They were very efficient and polite, my wof was finished well within the time estimate given to me- all around no complaints.
