Helpful staff. I had ticked on the e-booking form that I would wait with the vehicle. Thinking it'd be maybe 90 minutes for an oil change and wheel alignment. I arrived at 09.20, but was told it'd be ready early afternoon. I had my elderly dog with me as she can't be left due to health issues. Anyway, the nice man at the desk got my job pushed through, while dog and I went to a cafe. Car was ready when we returned. I did forego the wheel alignment. Will book in again for that. One oversight, perhaps due to them rushing the job for me, was that, though the radiator itself was full, the overflow bottle was empty. I have ready mixed antifreeze, so have filled it. Very reasonable price...would recommend

Had WOF and service. My whole family takes there car’s and van here. They are awesome, so nice and they do a Thorough job. Also they help to point you in the right direction if you need another professional service that they don’t provide A+ service

So wrapped. They even took my failed WOF to VTNZ to get them to sign off and issue warrant. Great experience when you are not use to car thingy things. I will definitely use this service again. My son will be taking his vehicle therefore his service.

Paid huge Technician Fees, $313.00, on recent service at PitStop, but doesn’t match the bill ! “ “ cleaned and adjusted washer jets”, verbally advised they were now functioning, but they’re not any different, thats huge money and hours, to have no noticeable change - The Rocket Cover/ oil leak is much improved.

Pukekohe has such a vast choice for garage and repair shops, but as I had used another location several times, I decided to support the local trade. My service was good, the staff were friendly and rang me to advise that a replacement part was required. I was also advised that other parts will need medium term replacement. I shall be back
