D.Needing a car repair while on vacation can be stressful, especially when every garage is closed due to public holidays. But Hansens could be contacted anyway, responded within minutes, booked me in for a repair as soon as they reopened and got me back on the road within hours. Many thanks to Stu and his friendly team for all their assistance and a job well done.
J.I have always taken my cars to Hansen's and they are amazing. No problem too big nor too small and they sort it out in record time at a reasonable price. Pop along and see Todd and his team for some of the best workmanship around.

J.Outstanding service, extremely quick and efficient, I have a racing dynamics e36 and these guys diagnosed and repair quickly, did not cost much and they are better thank any other mechanic I have dealt with, don't listen to other muppets...do it properly and take it to Hansen Auto.
R.My car broke down but they weren't able to help me because they were busy. I wanted my car repaired straight away because I was a domestic tourist and I had to leave for the next town the next day. However, they advised me where and possible places to go for help. They were very helpful.
L.While in Queenstown my car broke down so was suggested I went to Hansens. They were flat out but managed to find the problem and install a new battery then check everything was working. Really appreciated them doing all of this while I waited as I was working, not on holiday.

A.Been using hansons for almost ten years now Gary is excellent but over time the parts have become more and more expensive Original Merc parts are more than double the cost of those from OZ So in short they will look after your car welll just make sure you get a full parts quote before the work to avoid any surprises
M.These guys are the biz. They were flat out when we needed them but they fitted in our repair and even got a part in over night so we could get a warrant. Rob broke my boiled egg but that's ok I ate it while we waited. See image to meet the egg.
