My partner and I were visiting this past weekend and we suffered a flat tire with no hope of repair. We called around first thing in the morning on a Sunday and spoke with John. He was friendly, knowledgeable and able to have a new tire of the exact same make delivered and installed the same day! Without him we would have been stranded. Highly recommend!

Was in need of new brake pads for my landcruiser. Called up last minute on a friday and Gerry booked me in for sat morning. Had the pads all done in under an hour, great service and great bloke Gerry is. Would recommend to anyone to stop by if your on your travels or a local. Thanks again!

Came in today to get my tyres rotated. I booked in the day before and just so easy to deal with great price great service and a nice Irishman to chat with too. Highly recommend this to anyone local or myself passing through. Top marks team well done !!!

Excellent quick service,had 2 worn caravan tyres and spoke to John the owner, very professional from the first phone call to the fitting by Gerry, ( also the lady in the office 👏)So good to see local firms providing good honest service to visitors and locals alike . We had a big nail in our SUV which took the car out of action for the ANZAC weekend. I called the guys at Queenstown tyre service and it was swiftly fixed. We didn't want to bother changing to spare tyre ourselves so we asked them to come up and do it all for us. Super professional, and timely they drove-up to our location, fixed the tyre, and even brought our car back in the parking. All for a very good price. I recommend John and his small team, they are great.

John and the team at QT Tyre services always give a top notch service. On time, value for money and locally owned and operated. I know and trust them to give me what's best for my vehicle and not try to upsell me on tyres and services when it's not needed, unless I need them. John also has a background in vehicle mechanics, so you can trust he knows what he is talking about. 5 stars

Owner operated, John and the team always deliver. I have a fleet of 6 vehicles and have been to all the big franchises locally but now will not go anywhere else. It's the little touches that count. Dropping the vans back to me as I'm just around the corner but he doesn't have to. Tyre black the Tyres etc. Competitive pricing, good advice. Cheers.

Very honest and super lovely guys. They were so quick repairing my tyre, I managed to drive there from home and back in 30mins. Highly recommended!

Nothing beats the best, If you're looking for a "tyre shop" you could go anywhere, but then you would be missing out on the best service and customer care available. John and his team catered to all my needs and went above, literally in the pouring snow I was welcomed warmly to have four tyres and a wheel alignment done in less that 40 mins. The service and attitude of his team tops them all. Save yourself the hassle and forget the rest you wont be disappointed with John and his team.

Now I understand why they receive such high rating. Very friendly and honest. Would definately take my car back there for next rotation & service.

I didn't get my WOF in Arrowtown, and needed to solve my problems before (normal). I went in Qt this morning, try to find a garage who can do all that i needed. It was that one. I was in there at 9am, the guy proposed to me to solve all the problems, he just needed to have 2-3 h to dot it. After 11.50, I got one text, it was all good to take my car, it was ready. Now I have my WOF, and the work was perfect and quickly. Thank's for the service, happy to let you my note for that.
