B.On my way to work this morning I called into Repco Queenstown as I had major headlight issues. The guy's were so incredibly friendly & most helpful, I have headlights again! I highly recommend calling in here for all your auto needs, their customer service is second to none! Thanks guys, you helped this damsel in distress!
N.Absolutely some of the best service ever . I'm on a three week trip in my 4wd camper and needed to do a couple little jobs . These boys were so unbelievably helpful I just wish all the Tauranga repcos were the same
J.Helpful staff who went out of their way to help. Glad places like this exist for those of us that aren't the most car savvy people in the world. There are really two kinds of service in Queenstown, the disinterested, transient type workers who don't care, and people that understand the value of customer service. These guys are the second kind.
J.Was surprised with the comment below saying the guy with the ear gauges was lazy. Went in today and he was very helpful. A big THANK YOU to the amazing Paul for sorting out my car issues and giving me a very good price on a new radiator. Excellent customer service and I would only shop here. Great to find a place where the staff know what they are doing and are not afraid to go the extra mile to assist.
