The team at HSM are fantastic, from Kim's friendly demeanour to Carlos' great technical knowledge and his practical solutions. This is a place where customer service really does come first; where you know the job will be done properly for a fair price. They also include free loan cars which is very handy. Needless to say, I'd highly recommend HSM.

The team at High St motors went way above the call to provide good service (& gave us exceptional service) when we were in a pickle with only a day in town to get repairs done on Mother in laws car after failing a warrant. Well done team, made us smile that you cared and were willing and able to help us out, promptly and at a fair price. Thanks again 👍

I needed some lock nuts removed, tried several tyre stores and an engineering workshop with no luck. Visited High Street motors and they were able to remove them right away, and for little to no cost. Friendly, knowledgeable staff who saved me a lot of money, highly recommended!

At night time the chain out the front can't be seen, on the south side. I asked if they would put something on it to stand out at night. If I didn't see it... and drove into it, I am sure others have and will also. They assured me they would.I said "I bet you don't". And they haven't!!!

I've used this mechanic for several years now and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. They're knowledgeable when asked for advice and their work is excellent. Their pricing is very good, though I have been caught out by assuming a quote included GST only to find it didn't.

Awesome tidy workshop awsome office lady, extremely friendly and helpful, that al's goes for the mechanics going the extra mile to explain any small fixeds for failed words and the best way to fix it, will be using again!

Mike gave us brilliant service. My partners truck broke a timing belt at 7.30 in this morning outside Rangiora, when I spoke to Mike at 8am, he organised to tow it back to the workshop. By 9am the truck had been fully repaired and the cost was so minimal at $103.01 inc SGT. What a huge relief. Thank you so much High Street Motors team, you are so wonderful. We will be back every time.

Just got a warrant and was really pleased. Turn around was quick, staff were very friendly, no unnecessary work was added on and the price was reasonable. They even had an automated sms to let me know it was ready. Very impressed.

On a long trip; a/c pump decided to blow up on me; these guys diagnosed the problem instantly, took a few minutes to cut the belt off and get me back on the road again. Nicest guys you’ll meet and to be recommended.
