My poor car had been a bit neglected in the 15 months since I brought it so it was well overdue a service. The team at Rangiora Mazda looked after me so well. The booking process was easy (I wanted a courtesy vehicle) and I'd only been home a few minutes and I had a call to advise a few other jobs that they recommended doing - I was expecting there to be something due to the kms travelled. They made the process so easy, even adding on the courtesy vehicle fuel so I didn't have to stop at the petrol station - such a great option for me as I had a pretty busy day. The icing on the cake was when I got back in my car and saw that the mechanics had changed the time on my clock - I had meant to ask if they could, but they did it unprompted!! Great job team - my car says thank you

Rodney and the Team at Rangiora Mazda have looked after my replacement part needs and help locate those hard to find pieces that a car enthusiast just have to have. Fast reliable and professional. They ship to me in Australia with no fuss. I have dealt with a lot of dealers and parts shops globally and i keep coming back here. Thanks Guys, Keep up the excellent work

My car went in for a WOF. It needed some repairs to be made. They offered me a loan car and ordered the part and managed to complete the job the same day. I was also shown the broken part and explained what may have caused it to break. Thanks guys for a job well done again 👏

Very professional, had a service on my car yesterday, received a phone call asking if I wanted the fuel pump and brake fluid done as it was also due (fantastic that they won't just do it then ask later) will definitely be back for the next 10k service

Had to wait a few days for service ( not a criticism, may indicate they are popular?). Did a great job at a fair price. I have never had a high opinion of (s)dealerships thinking of them as high priced "part cannon" changers. Well I perhaps they were but they changed the correct parts at a fair price so no complaints from me at all. Very professional with excellent communication and will use again with no hesitation.

Excellent and professional service delivery in a warm and cordial atmosphere. Never had a complaint with them and I am always happy walking out the door!. I recommend them highly.

The guys in the workshop at Rangiora Mazda sorted out an electronic steering fault on my Mazda 6 at very short notice, I would highly recommend their professional team, parts department are very helpful too!

You are effective, very courteous, I can follow your advice when explaining my options and what's value-for-money. I completely trust your skills and the work you do. The last part is the most important in my view since I am neither having to doubt the quality of work you do nor am I (over)spending unnecessary money on keeping our vehicles safely on the road. It has been very convenient for me that you have all the competencies to deal with our newer cars and also old farm-vehicles of several brands over the years.

Great to deal with them. All the time they keep me informed about the stages of repairs. They made an effort to fix things and not just asking to replace parts also they offer a courtesy car. Price was reasonable too. Great overall experience.

I have to say that I have nothing but praise and compliments for Rangiora Mazda! My CX-5 had an unusual unexpected engine issue and Hamish and the Team went out of their way to get me a loan vehicle and diagnose the issue. I was kept informed all the way and the problem was resolved with Mazda NZ perfectly. Thank you guys! They found the problem with my BMW when no other garage could. Gave us a loan car (Mazda 2) to use and keeped us up to date because the part had to come from Germany. Think I might buy a Mazda now and sell the BMW LOL.

Rangiora Mazda service our fleet of vans and trucks and we find them to be very accomodating. They have gone out of their way numerous times to get our vans back on the road when things go wrong. They are proffesional and get the job done. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend these guys :)

Good service from friendly staff however they are not the most cost efficient place to get basic servicing completed AND when asked for the cost of their service they tend to talk in terms of the cost without the GST component which can be misleading and embarrassing.

Had my partners cx5 in for engine check light on. Keep me in touch all the time. Absolutely brilliant service thank you
