Brad's is a very professional small shop. They worked with my insurance no problem. They had me in for an appraisal and then we waited ages for parts because of COVID. Once parts came in it was 5 days for repair just like they said. Paintwork was great and 4 months later I have not had any issues with repairs or quality. Very impressed and I would use them again. Brad and Marney are pleasant and happy to answer questions. The wee loaner was great and very convenient also.

Nice customer service, seemed honest. Still on a waiting list for repairs though, it's been two weeks but guy told me that was so. They're busy probably because they do good work.
