J.Our radiator hose blew on the top of Takaka hill when pulling a trailer. Called and got our 4x4 back to the garage and repaired. Called and Shaun spend the time explaining what he was doing and what was needed. He did this really well as I wasn't left with any questions and didn't make me feel little asking questions i knew little about. We were under pressure as we were going on holiday and needed car seats and x2 vehicles for school runs. We got truck back and they did through testing which was reassuring. We then had the misfortune to have a water pump blow. Shaun was patient and calm as we were trying to locate the source of water leak even though he was in a tight time pressures himself. (outside of office hours i might add). They went above and beyond helping us diagnose the fault and even travelled out to Totranui on Sunday where we were camping and picked up our truck and provided spare vehicle so we could continue with our holiday. WOW blown away by their kindness, generosity and service. Came back off holiday and truck was repaired and such peace of mind. THANKS A MILLION. Highly recommend....
R.Had an overheating issue with the car that had been previously been repaired by another company. Shane spent the necessary time to assess the issue and then made a number of other checks to ensure he'd sorted the problem. He was super busy but gave outstanding service for reasonable price.
