This place is overall friendly, however I met 1 rude receiptionist. I've been repeating the same thing over and over and they in the end didn't fix anything (1 time experience). I've been here for almost 2 years now and always hoping they can maintain their positive traits and improve the less positive ones. Be back soon!✨

Unfortunately I had to go somewhere else to get my car serviced. You have so many customers you need to get a back up system going. People are going to look elsewhere. AA Auto has great mechanical team they are great but next door at the garage they don't have the capacity to take on more customers. I do love the service checks and wof but past that point booking a mechanic it's tough. Yes I would go for a service at AA Auto but would take my car to another garage. The reason time and good service ie drop off pick up and explain the amount of work done and key points in further work at a later date.🤔

Wait times were long for a WOF so make sure you have plenty of time. Thorough job done though... The completion of cars in each queue was also inconsistent as one queue would have multiple cars done before completing a car in the other queue. Better consistency is needed

Inadvertently drained our car battery whilst playing at the awesome skyline on holiday. Absolutely amazing service from the wonderful woman who came to the rescue. Can’t say enough about how brilliant they were at this place and saved our holiday. Thanks again you were fantastic!!!

We handed the car in at 8:40 a.m. for a two and a half hour service and it wasn't ready until close to almost 2 p.m. It disrupted our whole day as we could not get home for lunch and ran out if time to travel out of town. We had no other form of transport and we had arrived there ready to pick it up at noon. They also made a not so helpful suggestion for dealing with a problem in my car. They did their job well, although they didn't wash any side windows or vaccum the back boot. Oil change and fluid was all good.

Excellent auto service centre manned by expert and pleasant staff. Specialising in warrant of fitness checks and repairs. No appointment needed for these checks and comfortable area to wait while your car is checked. Prices are on a par with other service centers. Good parking and office is wheelchair friendly.

Was the one place I could drive in and get my WOF. I feel I failed ad it wasn't necessary, however, got a stinkin new seatbelt that looked worst than the first and passed. Costs more too. I prefer my mechanics but have to book in advance.
