R.Awesome first class service. Travelling from out of town and not only did they repair my alternator but also organised a repair on my bike. Couldn't be happier with service and competency. Experts on VW
M.Great customer service. Went out of their way to help an out of town damsel in distress when the cambelt on my car went and everything on the car just quit. Helpful and towed the car for me back to their yard until I was able to make a decision on the car with my hubby.
C.Good mechanic. Broke down before to go back to auckland after a long weekend, they fixed my car very quickly. They proposed me to drop me in town the time that they fix my car, really appreciated. Very welcoming and professional.

Birchall were really informative and did a thorough check of the car, the communication was faultless and they went above and beyond to help me, when I picked the car up they wrote down a few things that were minor that possibly needed fixing soon (service, aircon filter etc) they also let me know that the previous mechanic had used the wrong coolant through my radiator,
I cannot fault their service and I believe the price I paid was reasonable if not cheaper than I thought it would be. Thank you Birchall and maunder I will 100% be back!

T.The staff are nice, however, having an issue after it was apparently fixed and still being charged extra was quite annoying. As a European specialist I understand the greater cost, but would like to think the cost is justified and issues are fixed first time.
L.We had the 2 year old Audi break down there, we didn't think they would be able to service modern cars, but they had it ready within a few days, and the service was great. They also gave us a little tour, and showed us around some interesting cars they were servicing at the time. Great communication too.
