After going elsewhere for years, we went into City Auto because we couldn't get in anywhere else. Now we don't go anywhere else. Great service and competitive prices.

Rang this morning in a panic. They told me to bring my car in when I could. Saw me within 10 minutes and I was driving away after 20 minutes. Awesome quick efficient service and good pricing. Thank you

Called them up and they were able to repair the faulty headlight later that day, they were quick and kind and very well priced. While i am not a local here i highly recommend this team and would definitely choose them if i were ever in the area again.

We always get our wof here, last week got a work done parts and labour 360 including gst, dearer than initial estimate, only due to more replacement parts being needed. Always happy with the work, especially the little extras they do. Top garage.

Been with this business for over 10 years, and found them great. Maybe not cheapest, but is that the best way to value those who look after your vehicle? Remember, a badly maintained car is a mobile coffin waiting to happen.

They were able to fit me in at a very busy time of the year, which was much appreciated. However, I was quoted roughly $150 for the job and that it would take an hourish. After 4 hours of walking around town it was still being worked on. When it was finally completed after 4.5hours it cost $560. Over triple what I was quoted. While I understand the nature of the job changing, I wasnt informed of the price difference. It would have been nice to have been warned it was going to cost sooo much more than expected.

A++ Service from these guys. Top quality oil is all they use and excellent service too. Very affordable especially for the amount of oil my vehicle takes. It all comes down to how many litres your vehicle takes and which oil filter etc, and none of this unnecessary costs as well. I recommend these guys to everyone and anyone who is looking for a top quality service, done in a timely manner at great prices. I also recommend getting a WOF from these guys too, they are fully MTA Approved so you know you are getting a job well done by professionals.
