I had an excellent experience at GB European Rotorua when I brought in my Mercedes for a NOx sensor issue. After a frustrating and costly visit to another mechanic who couldn’t fix the problem and suggested removing the DPF, GB European came to the rescue. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They quickly diagnosed the actual issue, which was simply the NOx sensor, and had it fixed within a few hours—without the need to remove the DPF or make any unnecessary changes to my vehicle. Their expertise and straightforward approach saved me time, stress, and additional costs. My car is now running perfectly, and the engine light is off with no countdown issues. I’m extremely satisfied with their service and highly recommend GB European Rotorua for anyone needing reliable and honest automotive repairs!

Well where do I start,. We had a bit of an issue with our motorhome, limp home mode ,no power ,rang GB Motors and fronted up at this extremely busy period just before xmas. As I needed to get back to wellington due to health issues the owner Darryl and his amazing wife Leah went above and beyond the call of duty. They took the stress away and we can't thank them enough.
