Vtnz drivers license supervisor was friendly and made me feel very comfortable during the test (5 star for her), however the blonde receptionist needs more training on customer service. Felt like she was looking for an argument the whole time I was interacting with her and she huffed like it was a big deal when I needed help. Put a damper on my experience of passing my test.

I lined up on Sat. morning before opening at 8 am to get WOF early. It went very smoothly done. Staffs are nice.

Quick with none of the gain money opportunities for the mechanic. Legal and friendly. Also do service checks. WOF is high however the check is thorough and I never get a nasty surprise e.g. you need this and this is broken blah blah profit seeking. No B.S.

No recheck lane. So as I bought 2 new tyres. To have the car re checked I have to queue again for up to an hour. Try a station or wof place that has quick recheck available. Great time waster

Reliable service. Worth paying the $63(!!) here and passing the WOF, rather than taking it to a cheap WOF place that tells you there's nearly $700 work required to pass.

Very friendly staff honest work although expensive but always hve safety in mind first which matters wen it comes to vehical safety

First time I went to sit my restricted license they rescheduled me with no notice 😡 but otherwise meh. I still passed on the next visit.

Very long waiting. Why not have a booking system? Not everyone can sit around for 90 minutes before getting served. It took more than 2 hours to get a WOF.
