P.Last time I visited this store I gave it a rating of just 1 star. The staff lacked experience in the products they sold. I asked about a product I knew Repco sold and the staff couldn't tell me where it was. After wondering around the store a while I eventually found what I wanted.
I wouldn't normally return to a store I rated so poorly, but I was with someone else who did.
There was different staff on this time. The staff seemed to know where everything was that we asked for and were helpful.
So I'm going to lift their rating to 3 stars for the moment, and see what they are like on the next visit.
C.Good customer service, very helpful needed a quick repair on my car was halfway home when it started to overheat. Thankfully they had what I needed. And put it to the side when I rang and asked for the item required. Thanks ladies and gents
