Staff in this branch seem to very knowledgeable people. I had a paint touch up pot made for me today. The staff member doing the mixing was meticulous in his approach and accuracy of quantities he placed into the recipe for my paint. I have been here before and had excellent service every time.

Visited here to get some spark plugs, on my first visit i used the Bosh spark plug catalog that was on the shelf to find which one i needed, was expecting around $8 each and was pleasantly surprised to find 4 for $25... untill i got home and went to install them, it was the wrong one. Took it back, with a picture of the one that was in, and staff were able to find the right one for my car... however they were $35 for 1!! Ended up going to BNT, who was able to supply for $10 each

Thanks to the guys at Supercheap for helping me change a brake light on a CRV. We had some issues getting the tail light, finding the right bulb, and making sure everything was working - all done with a smile while my two year-old generally got in the way. Appreciate the service help on a $5 part.
