This is the second time I have engaged Vantage RV #1 was to rebuild the M Home rear bodywork after I backed into a post. #2 was to fix the heater ducting, drawer unit & install an inverter. Each time they have been awesome to work with, quick on responsiveness & communication & overall was happy with their work. I'd definitely recommend them

Had Camec motor movers fitted to my caravan. Cost was competitive. Work was done on time and well. Quoting process was professional and communications with the company were good.

The goods I purchased on line and payed for, turned out to be unavailable for some time. The option of a refund was offered, and completed satisfactorily.

Had our annual water tightness test completed along with a few additional jobs. Fantastic to deal with, highly recommended for any motorhome work you need doing.

I purchased equipment for my van conversion from Vantage and found their prices to be extremely competitive, and their technical knowledge to be top-notch. They also performed the Self-Containment inspection for me. As they do top work, they are quite busy, so best to plan in advance when you want to schedule something, or simply order parts online. Huge thanks to Harry for his expert advice and willingness to entertain all of my questions, and to Antoinette for handling the parts orders and coordination for my inspection!

These guys are fabulous. I got caught getting a new tyre only to find my van wouldn't start...obviously the battery. It was due to go in to Vantage on Monday so I rang them and they were very obliging in allowing me to take it straight there while it was running. After being in the rain for some time and rather wet I couldnt get a taxi in Silverdale and tried two friends to collect me but they were not home. The girls in the office were absolutely lovely and one of them drove me back. Thanks so much I'm sure I'll be giving another glowing report after the van is up and running again.

We were recommended by Brian from GIC. Harry and Johan were a pleasure to deal with. Very knowledgeable indeed and carried out top notch workmanship to our van. Providing a quote was very helpful. First they replaced the floor,sorted out the plumbing and replaced the boiler. The second visit the shower floor was replaced, new shower tray fitted,repaired grey water tanks,all new LED's. Sorry to bore you but the list was endless. Excellent service 😊

Vantage RV was recommended to me and I took my campervan to them for a number of repairs involving replacement of a roof hatch, replacement of rear lights, fibreglass repairs, resealing of the roof joins, TV adjustments and a new Self Containment Certificate check. From my first meeting with Harry, his attitude told me that the campervan was in very expert hands. He has a very 'can-do' attitude and since this is very much a family business, all of his staff do as well. I was delighted with the work that was done and thought that the price was most reasonable. I would not take my van anywhere else now.

We have been Motorhoming and NZMCA members for 25+ years. Whilst we have dealt with some good companies over this time and lovely people, we would say without question that Vantage would be #1. Having had a new van built 23 years ago the time came to replace our water heater. The service we received from Vantage was amazing and lead to further work including replacing other appliances and refurbishments. The work was done to a very high standard. In all our dealings with Vantage the service has been impeccable, prompt and their communication with us was great. Their quotes are detailed and accurate. Janice is at the forefront and has been wonderful to us both. Johan goes out of his way to help despite being incredibly busy. With his amazing craftsmanship and knowledge he comes up with solutions that at times required thinking 'outside the square'. His advice instills confidence to make an informed decision. I’m from the UK and hiring an RV I needed some advice and help fixing a waste pipe. I initially emailed and received a great helpful reply from Harry, a couple more emails and that lead to me stopping off to see them. Harry is a credit to the company, he took time to help me out creating a fix that was as good as new. Not only this but the charges were fantastic. I was billed 15 mins labour when I know it took longer. It’s honest companies and honest friendly hard working staff like this one makes it a must go to place. I can’t thank them and Harry enough. Hi there well i can not speak highly enough of Vantage RV they put a fridge solar panel and oven in the RV and done a gas cert and a bit off carpentry work in to our RV. Myself and my wife are over the moon with the work. And even when i went to pick the RV up they ran through every thing they did for us. I Recommend Vantage RV two every one. Very impressed with Vantage RV. This companies customer service is 2nd to none. They were the only company who bothered to provide me with an estimate. They are not pushy with their sales which is refreshing, & they take the time to full explain the benefits risks of all the options available. The team work seamlessly well together & they provided so much more advice & services than I expected. An absolute pleasure to deal with this company so I highly recommend.

After a trying 6 months attempting to get control panels working in our C L Fiat Sinfonia, we finally heard about Vantage RV in Silverdale. From the minute we contacted Janet and Johan we knew we had finally come to the right place. Less than a week later our Campervan is fully operational and we can continue our travels.
