Completely mind blown by the service! I had a rear bumper replaced as a part of my insurance claim after another driver backed into my car. When picking it up I noticed these legends completely cleaned my car as well - inside and out! What a lovely surprise - highly recommend these guys!

Few weeks back had a small crash leaving big scratch on rear bumper. Insurance provider suggested "Platinum" to get the job done quickly and efficiently. Service I got is top class - special thanks to James. You are an awesome person buddy. Workmanship is excellent. Handed over my car to him at around 3pm and picked up at 7pm same day. !!! Can you believe it ?? Who provides such fast service... I don't want any damage on my car but if I ever have it then surely visit this place. The most professional body work and paint job I have ever encountered. James was honest and made no elaborate claims in the time frame for the job to be completed as the parts had to be imported from Europe. Once the parts had arrived it was full steam ahead and the finished product was amazing. If you need work doing please look no further you will definitely not be disappointed

Brilliant! After importing a new front bumper for my car from overseas to update the look I went on a mission to find someone who was going to do a good job with the paint job. James was friendly, professional and didn't beat around the bush when it came to pricing and time-frames. My mate and I purchased new bumpers for our cars. We looked for a place that would do a perfect painting job, as our new bumper would just look silly if the paint didn't match. My paint is a 3-stage pearl paint, notorious around the world for being very difficult to paint match. James and the team at Platinum did a fantastic job. Instead of just using the paint code, and blending the paint on the surround panels, they analyse the paint on the vehicle to factor in sun fade and aging, to get the perfect colour for our cars. And boy did it turn out perfectly. They were great to work with, very professional. They forgot to call back a couple of times, but other than that, they were great and we knew we were in good hands. A huge thank you to James and your team - Scott and I are very happy with your work.

Super fast, super nice and did an awesome job. They even cleaned the outside and the inside (which was especially suprising as I had used the car boot to transfer dirt (as I don't have a towbar...) and it was literally filthy and full of clumps of dirt). Went above and beyond!

My car was stolen and recovered by the police. When I made an insurance claim, Platinum Accident Repair Centre came up as an option and I was convinced after reading all the 5-star reviews. Everything went fine until I picked up the car. I was old that my car will be groomed before I pick it up. What I found was the broken glasses from the car break-in when it was stole was still in various spots in the car, the interior of the car had grease all over including seat belts and car seats were stained, rubbish left in the car. I had to clean up the car myself after being "groomed" yet still, every time I drive the car, I discover a dirty spot. I would give it a zero star if the option is available. Is it because I only pay excess and have insurance claim to pay the rest of the repairs makes me lesser than all their other customers??? I've been traumatised enough to have my car stolen from my house but then this happens......I've uploaded the photos but you will need to zoom in to see the glass pieces left behind and these are the only ones that I could see. Since my review, James from Platinum Accident Repair Centre had contacted me to rectify the issues.

Thorough professionals. The detail to the repairs of our damaged vehicle was exceptional. The repairs were extensive and we were declined from other repair organizations to have our vehicle fixed. Platinum took the repair to task and once again did an amazing job. Without hesitation I would recommend this organization above any other. They were friendly and courteous, and kept in contact in a timely manner with how repairs were proceeding.

Amazing service with this company. This was the first time ever I've needed to claim insurance or have panel beating/repairs done to a vehicle and I was super impressed with the speed of service and professionalism of every person I encountered. The same day I lodged the insurance claim I was able to pop down and get my car looked at and only a few days later everything was sorted and I was able to book in for the repair. The repair itself only took about 2 days as I dropped the car Tuesday and picked up on a Thursday and they had done a fantastic job, I'm sure it looks better than before the crash. I would definatley recommend this company to others as they do a great job, are easy to deal with and are genuinely nice people. Thanks again

Amazing service , went in to see if i can get a quote for repair of the rear door which was locked up due to an attempted theft instead of quoting me something ridiculous had a friendly bloke come out and actually re-attach the door handle and slide it back into place within minutes . After i offered to pay for his services he turned down payment and said " Dont worry about it ". The transaction was so quick i did not even catch his name ! These guys are by far the best around, James friendly and professional nature took the stress away and reassured us our car would repaired like new, well it came back looking better than new. They were able to take the car straight away and the whole job was completed within a couple of weeks, whereas others were going to be at least a month. I decided to take my car to Platinum Accident repair in Takanini and I received a courtesy car in less than 3 days and my car only took 2 days to get fixed.

I bought a car with front bumper paint damaged and send my car for paint job here and I was really surprised with their work. 100% Professional job not paint marks on others areas like most of Panel beaters leave paint on windows and sides but even a paint on front bumper it was really hard to find out that car had done panel job. Excellent professional service. Required some stone chips to be covered on a white car. A tradesman checked the colour match with a special meter, mixed some paint with hardener added and applied to several stone chips. Perfect match and all done while I waited.

These guys are probably the most GC company I've ever met, absolutely worth the great reviews posted on them already by many others. Estimate for my repairs was the most competitive (out of 5 quotes), entire repair process was very quick, professional and friendly. And the end total came to under what was quoted to boot! Seriously can't recommend them enough.
