I cannot recommend Mark highly enough. We needed assistance on a Saturday afternoon. No one else we contacted was open or able/willing to help, and we were being advised that we would have had to stay in Taupo until Monday morning! To the extent I was considering sourcing the parts in Hamilton (a two hour drive back - we had come from Auckland) and/or having a family member bring a car trailer up from the Wellington region. Mark sourced the parts, was happy to drive out to where vehicle had broken down (40 kms), had good solutions, made the repairs, and we were underway again that evening (still making our ferry crossing). He is clearly very skilled, efficiently repaired the vehicle, and was very reasonable in his charge out rates. As well as being incredibly helpful and personable. I cannot recommend him highly enough. 10 stars!
