N.Well my story started on state highway 5, and the infamous coffee from the Bay View BP Connect.. well the short version, wife driving the just over 2 month old car takes a sip of her coffee, gets a mouthful of melted marshmallow that blocks the mouthpiece in said cup causing some fluid, well a mouthful of fluid to be expelled onto herself and all over the centre console and leather seats.... now 1 hour later we arrive at SCA Taupo. Walk in see the aisle labels and collect the dash and plastic, and leather wipes which are of super handy size... get to the super talkative attendant, who is also super nice, and is super tall, and is super smileys under the mask.. so in a nutshell the story is a easy to read story with lots of stock and the attendants are super helpful.

T.Went in and staff were very helpful. One guy, Justin, was very helpful and he always knows exactly what he's talking about. The other guy (Alex, I think) was very friendly with all customers, happy and smiling, you couldn't help but smiling too. Although I wasn't served by him, its nice to go into a shop and see a worker so happy.
J.I wanted to order something on catalogue special on the last day of it being active. Unfortunately they had ran out of stock. Asked if they could get it in at that price, no problems.
Surprised that communication from the team was really good and that there was no chasing them up etc. Really easy to deal with.

A.Like any other Telco. Actually brought a battery off them and for the 2nd time their fancy little computer matched my car wrong, guy was a little rude saying someone must of changed the terminals.. I've had it from.brand new and still the battery wasn't perfect fitting
F.Not sure if this place is cheaper for products depending on what u are looking for. I found cheaper car cleaning products elsewhere and the same brands.
