Broke down on our travels and Taupo Automotive were awsome. We’re even nice enough to lend us a car. Great team and awsome service.

Very pleasant and professional.. I stopped in without calling and explained my situation, a suggestion was given what might be causing the problem, my car was immediately inspected and the suggestion was correct. A couple hours later, it was fixed. Very Very good, it's a 10 out of 10 from me. And can i add, I was impressed to see the vehicle technician was a young girl involved in the motor trade. Great stuff.

Had an amazing experience with Taupo Auto Repair. I had an old 1985 Ford Courier that I was having trouble starting. I figured I'd have to spend some serious $ but was advised on how to best start the vehicle, and on top of that got the radiator fixed up and suggestions to maintain the vehicle going forward. They went above and beyond and I wasn't charged an arm and a leg. Highly recommend! 👍

We called into Adams Motors whilst on holiday as just as we left home we noticed a knocking in the car engine that progressively got worse as our holiday went on. We visited Adams Motors after spotting it from one of the main roads. Mike from Adams Motors was awesome. He isolated the problem down to two things, gave us quotes for both, and a time frame (this was important because we were on holiday), and that was it. Absolutely awesome service, he fixed the problem in two hours, and it was what he thought it was too - which is a really hard thing to find in a mechanic nowadays. We will be recommending to everyone we know.

Last Friday morning on our way to Tauranga In our motorhome we were travelling along the Taupo Bi-pass when suddenly we lost all traction and coasted to halt on the edge of this busy road. I phoned the AA and arranged a tow to Taupo Automotive. We had a failed front CV joint. Darren made several phone calls and eventually a part was located in Wellington. Our motorhome was locked away in his workshop for the weekend as the part would not arrive until Monday morning. The part duly arrived Monday morning and Darren had our vehicle back on the road by lunch time. Darren did a magnificent job in record time and at a very responsible price. Our vehicle is now good as new. Many thanks Darren and Karen you are highly recommended.
