What an awesome service from these guys! Our vehicle broke down at Lake Waikaremoana and in conjunction with our insurance company a tow truck was organised to collect the vehicle and take it to Taupo, but not only that a loan car was dropped off at the same time so we could continue our trip. Thank you very much for the great service.

Driver that collected my car was down right rude. Then had difficulty getting access to the car to remove an item. Lady in the office needs to remember she can still be heard as she hangs up the phone. Heard her comment "it's the lady that's been going on about" yes I had asked 3 times for the item and then she was rude to my son when he finally got access , so all in all , not impressed with them.

What a champ! I'm sorry I cant rememebr the guys name. We blew out the radiator on a sunday night. With a car of five people our driver patiently waited (for ages) for the others (my children) to be picked up by friends. He even went the extra mile and dropped me to my accommodation for the night! Thank you so much Taupo towing!

Lady who works the front counter is quite cold to deal with and borders on rude , other staff seem nice though .
