I was blown away by the service today at WOF & Rego Centre, Taupo. Not only was the lady at reception pleasant and helpful, the team completed the WOF check on both my Ute and trailer, then also completed a quick repair so I didn’t have to come back for a re-check. Admittedly, it was close to closing time and they didn’t have anyone to check after me but the fact that they went above and beyond to get me road ready was really appreciated. Thanks team, keep up the great work.

Always friendly, no waiting. I had a blown indicator bulb which they replaced for me. These guys care, which is great for an onerous task. Best place for your WOF

I had only a quick visit to this store, but what I noted was a clean presentable store, pleasant staff, good range with easy access. Not the least expensive supermarket, but the shopping experience was a goid one

They are really Good in service especially mechanics. they will not give you list to change your car parts. They actually know what is need to change to get the wof of your car. people don't need any appointment for WOF and registration of there car. but if you want to repair with them you have to have appointment. they have lots of car park for park your car. they provide one cup of coffee complementary for every customer. They have one small kids toy place to play.

Came in on Christmas Eve. I needed a headlight replaced. I waited just a few minutes- the mechanics replaced it quickly and as they were putting in the new one, they had me go in to pay the very friendly and efficient woman at the desk. I was in and out in no time. Great experience all around

Lovely receptionist- very friendly and helpful. You can have free coffee while waiting 😋 plus tv and newspapers.

The receptionist seemed a little grumpy. The service technician phil was very pleasant and helpful.

Always pleasant to deal with, any issues with my vehicle are always explained clearly.

I have read the other reviews and find it difficult to believe that they find the Staff and Company inept, my contact with them I found professional hence the reason I remain a steadfast customer.
